In Process
Our real estate development group is responsible
for developing or acquiring mixed income communities
that include assisted (low income) housing units.
The group is also charged with expanding the pool
of developers and funding sources available to
CHA for future projects.

HOPE
VI
CHA is an active participant in the HOPE VI grant
program. As of December 2005, CHA has been awarded
four (4) HOPE VI revitalization grants and one (1)
HOPE VI demolition grant. |
