The Charlotte Housing Authority Resident Services Department is responsible for assessing the needs of residents and coordinating resident-focused programs that encourage them to achieve their highest level of economic and social independence.

CHA residents can visit the Aurora Family Investment Center in order to gain access to the many services available to help them achieve their goals. The Aurora Center is located on Benjamin Street in the Southside Homes Community. Services are available to assisted (low income) housing residents and Section 8 recipients at no charge.
