The Charlotte Housing Authority offers business opportunities in many areas. We contract with companies that provide, among other items, capital improvements for our physical assets, services for our residents and even development expertise for our new assets. CHA locates vendors by advertising current Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals to the market.
The Authority generates solicitations and awards contracts to business partners in a manner that fosters full and open competition. We are committed to complying with all federal, state and local laws and applicable guidelines.
